Bryan Schempf
Mr. Schempf has practiced military law for over 30 years. He first entered military service after graduation from the United States Military Academy at West Point . He graduated law school from the University of Missouri at Kansas City in 1974. While in the Army, Mr. Schempf represented countless clients on military law issues from murder, and drug charges to orders violations. Mr. Schempf has acted as the legal advisor to Commanding Officers regarding courts martial and other military justice issues. His success prompted an offer to teach at the Army Judge Advocate General's School in Charlottesville , VA. Mr. Schempf eventually retired from the U.S. Army as a Colonel. Since that time he has focused his practice on representation of military members in courts-martial, administrative separations and other military related matters. He has developed a nationwide reputation as an aggressive and successful litigator. He is a member of the Armed Forces Court of Criminal Appeals and the Army Court of Criminal Appeals. In pursuit of his aim to provide the best military justice services available nationwide, Mr. Schempf has assembled a staff of attorneys and paralegals experienced in military and federal litigation.
